Steve Baughman
Co-founder/Producer
Steve Baughman is a classically trained musician who was adopted into a family of music teachers in Sacramento, California. He developed a love for producing early in life, recording his friends on a 4-track, using his closet as a sound booth. Steve studied music at California State University, Chico, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Recording Arts. He then moved to Los Angeles in 1995 and worked his way through the studios, eventually earning a Grammy and working with multi-platinum artists such as Michael Jackson, The Pussycat Dolls, Usher, 50 Cent, Destiny's Child, Dr. Dre, Eminem, Snoop Dogg and many others. In 2015 Steve co-founded Next Level Mastering where he continues to mix, master and produce today’s biggest artists.
Addasi Addasi

Addasi Addasi is a Brazilian-Palestinian-American whose talents are as diverse as his heritage. Whether as an artist, producer or engineer Addasi provides an undeniable zeal that is infectious to all those fortunate enough to work with him. His love and passion for music drips over every project he oversees, from: Los Lobos to Joao Gordo & Asteróides Trio to Nervochaos,Tony Campos(Fear Factory/Ministry), Cristian Machado(Ill Nino), Dh Peligro(Dead Kennedys), Black Oil, Claustrofobia, Clandestino, Profecia, Lights and the Windows and many others. Addasi founded Fuel Music Multi-media Studios where he continues to work with some of the world’s biggest bands.
Gabriel Fernandes

Gabriel Fernandes started his career as a musician in 1995, playing and singing in Rock n Roll bands in São Paulo, Brazil. Fernandes shifted his focus in 2005 when he started professionally producing music. In 2012 Fernandes attended the prestigious “Mix With The Masters” audio seminar with Multi-Grammy winner Michael Brauer, at Studios La Fabrique in Avignon, France. Using what he learned in France Fernandes was offered a mixing opportunity with Bruninho & Davi; mixing their hit “Depois das 3” at the world famous Electric Lady Studios in NY City. The song went on to break YouTube viewing and streaming records in Brazil. Fernandes continues to work to this day with many of the biggest names in the mainstream of Brazil and beyond such as: Matheus and Kauan, Alok, Simone and Simaria, Velhas a virgens, Titãs, Paula Lima, Guilherme e Santiago, Paula Fernandes and Claudia Leite among others. Gabriel Fernandes is a voting member of the Latin Grammy Academy and in 2021 he had two Grammy nominations as music producer/arranger/mixer and mastering engineer. His credits have now passed the 500 million views mark!
